| 1. Arthritis – Thumb and Finger: Chief Complaint: Very painful daily - swollen, sore, thumb and muscle; stiff, sore finger. Diagnosis: Right thumb (saddle joint) arthritis; middle finger stiffness. Duration: 1 year. Results: During 3 hours of treatment: “Had little prickling sensation and all of a sudden something came out on the side of my thumb.” She said she heard a “pop;” felt like something opened up on the wrist. She said that all of a sudden during the treatment she had the sensation that something was draining out of the saddle joint of her thumb. It was as if there was a hole in the joint and the arthritis was “draining” out of her hand. “It was weird . . . I got off the machine to look for the hole in my hand and found none.” After treatment: Middle finger is no longer stiff and she can bend it. Before Magnetic treatment: Finger in the morning was so stiff she had to use her other hand to straighten it out. It felt like there was no lubricant in it. Now it is fine. The thumb was swollen and very painful daily. She had three months of physical therapy but it didn’t help like the magnet. Currently: “Finger is completely healed. The thumb still is sore sometimes, but there are days when it doesn’t hurt at all. The swelling is completely gone. Probably need 1 to 1-1/2 hours more treatment.” 2. Arthritis - Hands: Came to us because she has severe arthritis in her hands. She had been relieving the stiffness and pain in her fingers and hands through acupuncture. But acupuncture was beginning not to work anymore. She however was adamant about steering away from Western medicine, but if it was natural, then she didn’t mind trying it. Results: 10/20 – 2-3/4 hrs. of treatment: “. . . felt little shocks . . . able to move my hands again . . . my pain and needles and stiffness is gone now.” 10/26 – She went home, she felt tired but at 7:00 p.m. she felt “burning warm” at fingers and toes, and she was full of energy and painted until 12 midnight. Next morning her fingers were totally free of pain. Pain free for three days, so she’s back to finish treatment on fingers. 10/26 – 2-1/4 hrs. of treatment: This morning when she came in, one finger was stiff. Stiffness is moving around. “I love it! It is working! . . I am going to do my shoulder next.” 10/29 – 2 hrs. of treatment: Shoulder feels good. 11/5 – 2 hrs. of treatment: Right foot – toes feel great. Perfect! Hands feel better. Patient continued to come in four more times for 2-hour treatments with hands, shoulder and toes feeling good. – Patient, age 48. 3. Arthritis - Chronic Osteoarthritis: A 70-year-old female with chronic osteoarthritis. Results (after 2 hours of Magnetic treatment): “Amazed, a lot less pain!” 4. Arthritis - Shoulder: Problem: Right shoulder, arm, upper back pain and soreness for many years, secondary to humeral head fracture with posttraumatic spur and degenerative arthritis, along with chronic winging of the scapula. Results (after 46 hours of Magnetic treament): “Able to sleep on side without pain for the first time in over ten years. I swam 35 minutes without pain for the first time, and was able to achieve a greater reach with my stroke. I felt reassuring soft tissue movement in my shoulder as if my body is trying to self-adjust to its proper position.” - R.M., Laguna Niguel, California 5. Excruciating Hip Pain: 76-year-old female; chief complaint: excruciating, constant deep hip pain. She is on 800 mg of pain meds. Pain lasts for days. Exam revealed tidemark calcification at femoral head and neck, which looks like a healing, or healed fracture. The trabeculation has not yet remodeled to normal. There is moderate sized osteophyte of the femoral head. Right hip degenerative joint disease with history of probable osteonecrosis . . . obvious spurring, anterior, posterior, and lateral. Patient was “going crazy” with the pain. There seemed to be no relief from it . . .told daughter she considered ending her life due to the constant nagging pain. She was told by 2 orthopedic surgeons that she needed a total hip operation. Results: She treated 86 hours. Went to tour Ireland; walked at least 3 hours/day and was pain free. Very excited. Very pleased. Feels she is 80% better. – Patient |
